We have the winners of the MUBIL Mobility Awards 2022: Green Eel and Nemi Mobility Solutions

The Green Eel and Nemi Mobility Solutions initiatives have won first and second prize at the second edition of the MUBIL Mobility Awards, beating projects such as Liight, Wisp and Solum in the final, and after defending their proposals before a multidisciplinary jury at the final event held in Tabakalera, Donostia/San Sebastian. The winning projects stand out for their great potential to have a positive impact on the mobility of the future.
The Green Eel project from Madrid, presented by the CEO and co-founder Borja Santos from Full&Fast, proposes portable energy storage systems: “A new technology, to supply green and cost-effective electric energy, when there are no power sockets nearby". As opposed to gensets/diesel generators that burn gasoline to produce electricity, and focused on 4 verticals: electric vehicle charging (both fixed and mobile); events; construction and network services.
Nemi Mobility Solutions in turn, works to provides solutions for rolling out and operating flexible bus services. According to Martí Jofre, CEO at Nemi Mobility Solutions, it is “a technological tool that enables flexible route planning and management”, specialised in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and focused on bus service optimisation and digitalisation while maintaining the elements that make public transportation the most efficient way.
The two winning initiatives will be integrated into the MUBIL ecosystem to develop their project over the next year, for which they will be provided with a workspace and a financial endowment of 25,000 and 10,000 euros respectively.
